CARDS FOR THE COMMUNITY

Event Duration:

  • September 1, 2021 12:00am to September 14, 2021 11:59pm

 

 

 

Rules:

  • For the event period, players can suggest a change for a normal mob card (non-MVP). These can include mini-Boss cards. The suggestion should be posted here in this forum thread.
  • Please include your IGN on your suggestions.
  • The format for individual cards should be as follows (as an example):
    • Pupa card (Armor)
      • Old:
        • Maximum HP +700
      • New:
        • Maximum HP +5,000
        • Each refine increases maximum HP by +7,000
        • If the Armor is refined to +7, maximum HP +8%
        • If the Armor is refined to +9, makes the armor Indestructible
  • For cards included in a set, the players can also suggest effects for the other cards within that set.
  • The format for card sets should be as follows (as an example):
    • Poring card (Armor)
      • Old:
        • Luk +2
        • Perfect dodge +1
      • New:
        • Luk +5
        • Perfect dodge +3
    • Mastering card (Garment)
      • Old:
        • Luk +1
        • [ + Poring card ]
        • Flee rate +18
      • New:
        • Luk +5
        • Flee +10
        • [ + Poring card]
        • Perfect dodge +9
        • Flee rate +15
  • Players can also suggest new card combo effects (e.g. Mastering + Poring + Drops), just as long as the card effect follows the theme of those cards (example: Mastering, Poring, and Drops focus on Flee, Luk, and Dex). They can also suggest changes in slot location (like suggesting that Am Mut card be turned into a weapon compound card instead of a footgear compound card)
  • A card's effect, particularly its impact on the game balance and economy, will be considered in judging (e.g. Hydra card is easily farmable, so giving it an effect like "Increases physical damage against Demi-Humans by 40%" will not be accepted as it could easily upend the game's balance)
  • A player can only have up to 3 total submissions (each suggestion must be a solo card, a card set, or a new card combo), but can only win once
  • For players submitting the same / very similar suggestions, the player who submitted first will be the one considered eligible for that idea

 

 

 

Voting:

  • After the submission period has closed, the GMs and members of the senate will cast their votes among the suggestions (GMs and senators can vote up to 5 suggestions)
  • Each GM vote counts for 3 points, and each senator vote counts for 1 point (75% GM, 25% senate)
  • Each GM and senator can also select 1 special 'PVP choice' and 1 special 'PVE choice'
  • 10 of the suggestions with the highest votes will be ranked from 1 to 10 depending on the number of votes obtained
  • One each for the special PVP and PVE choice will also be chosen depending on who obtained the highest respective vote
  • At the end of the event, the 12 card suggestions chosen will be implemented the next maintenance (effects may be modified prior to release to maintain game balance)
  • Winners will be announced a week after the submission period ends (September 21, 2021 at the earliest)

 

 

 

Addendum:

  • All suggestions are hidden to avoid 'fishing' for ideas from initial suggestions.

  • a +7 Colored Valkyrie Helm of choice

 

2nd place:

  • 25 Black Credits
